OneHolyoke CDC is offering three income-restricted duplex homes for sale in Holyoke, each priced for purchase at $225,000 (below market value) with the goal of making homeownership affordable for first-time homebuyers.
Those interested are asked to submit an application and will be entered into a lottery of qualified purchasers. This opportunity is made possible through public funds that subsidize affordable home ownership opportunities.

DEADLINE FOR LOTTERY APPLICATIONS IS FRIDAY AUGUST 30TH AT 4:30 P.M. IF WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS, BY THIS DEADLINE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE LOTTERY.
Lottery Drawing
The lottery for the homes will be drawn on Saturday, August 31st at 12:30 p.m. as part of our Annual #HolyokeProud Community Walk and Roll. The drawing will occur at 2 Middle St, during the resource fair. Applicants are not required to be present- we will be following up with winners to continue the purchase process. First-Time Home Buyer Classes
All lottery applicants are required to complete a first-time home buyers class. A certificate of completion or proof of enrollment is required with your application to be entered into the lottery. You can find some options for classes here: First-Time Home Buyer Classes or find your own class. If you are selected as a winner, a certificate of completion will be required before you receive a purchase offer.
